We have been working with a brand new start up disruptor to the hotel market to create co-working hotels in remote rural locations. Answering the need for a completely work focused hotel, with the established freedoms of remote working, this new sector of hotels combines work, wellbeing and the great outdoors.
With the first sites planned across Europe, we initially worked on a non site specific concept to refine the key features and ingredients to the brand and how these would fit together. We have since been looking at feasibility studies on a variety for sites in Sicily, Mallorca & France. The first property is expected to open in early 2027.
